Chinese

To Winth,

Is your kid currently attending any enrichment? if yes, you shouldn't worry much. If no, i have no idea how to self-teach chinese so i am of no help (sorry!). For what is available in P1's syllabus, i vaguely recall MOE used has a list of Chinese Pri sch curriculum pasted on their webpage. Do a search to see if you can locate it. :)

To Schellen,

Yes, time is tight for FTWM. For me SAHM, slotting an additional Wushu class for ds (on top of his Chinese and Swimming) is already making logistics a bit problematic.

jedamum, of course I'm joking lah. Otherwise, I'll be the one wielding the fish.

After reading what you wrote about the A to B text jump, I think I must schedule in at least one night for Chinese tuition from next week onwards. Sigh...must go read her texts first and decide where to start. Dunno is she lose her playtime or I lose mine.

Both she and I decide not to sign up for enrichment for Chinese for now cos she laready has piano and ballet on weekends, and she can't attend any lessons on weekdays. As long as she agrees to accept me as her teacher, I think should be okay. For a start, I shall find those foundation Chinese readers that tamarind recommended in the forum. (Considering how basic those books are, I'm sure you can guess how basic her Chinese is.)

Winth..you deserve it

Quote Winth: So I felt that it was a fair win for jedamum as the first runner up.

Read my previous post : my 1449 bid is Invalid cos I dont have 1449+500 to play in the first place.

Chief...give me a chance can?? I didn't do my math before bidding for the Runner up.
