Royal China at Raffles Hotel
Yan Ting at St Regis Hotel
Taste Paradise at Orchard ION

Prices around $4 to $5 a plate at the above places. The food is fantastic and the restaurants are beautiful.
I vote for Royal China and Taste Paradise! I've not tried Yan Ting though. One more place is Taste Pavillion at Marina Bay. Very good. I love their custurd bun (with duck egg) and the Peking duck.
Taste Pavillion is at Marina Bay Sands, near the XXXXXXX ? OK I must try that.

Yan Ting is a beautiful restaurant, named the best dim sum restaurant in this blog :

Yeah, royal china is my current favourite now.
Are Yan Ting, Taste Paradise and Taste Pavillion around the same price range as Royal China? Going to check them out one by one!

my favourite dim sum places.
1. redhill food market
2. sunshine plaza near dhoby ghaut (one of the shops on the first floor, very packed so easily recognizable)
3. one of the dim sum shops in chinatown (shophouse)

sorry i don't remember the names, i just know how to go there :X
