Yes there are cases for GEP girls where they took GAT and didn't make the cut, so no interviews and hence rejected
Yup likewise there are some very good scorers frm mainstream that was rejected too just after GAT.

DD went NYGH interview on Tuesday. Heard some parents saying
1000+ girls applying for 100+ places. So chances of CO very slim.
Is it true?
I thought chances quite high after being shortlisted for interview.

DD went NYGH interview on Tuesday. Heard some parents saying
1000+ girls applying for 100+ places. So chances of CO very slim.
Is it true?
I thought chances quite high after being shortlisted for interview.

That was the very first thing he told me when he came out from the interview. In my heart, I was thinking : wow, he still have the mood to analyise such thing. If I'm him, I'll be "nervous to death".

I think is 1000+ applying thru DSA means. But after GAT results, dun know how many are short listed. But again I heard selection thru GEP and mainstreamers are not equally proportion.

Hi,
For those who have yet to attend the interview in RGS, you might like to take note that the interviewers might ask the gals to choose their own topics instead of asking them questions. The gals were asked to choose their own topics to speak during the interview in RGS. The kids were being counterattacked by the interviewers when they mentioned something.
