Hi is it true that PSLE results is normally released on a Thursday, hence for this year should be 21.11.13 ?

It has traditionally been on a Thursday as far as I can remember. However the psle booklet states 22-25 nov. I also hope it will be a Thursday. 
moe will only make the official announcement a few days before the actual date.

Results will be release on 22 November (Fri) tentative

Look at the following:
- Submission of Options (22 November to 28 November) tentative
- Release of Posting Results (20 December 2013) tentative
- Registration at posted School (23 December 2013 at 8.30am) tentative

Do we need to be in school for the psle exam result collection? I mean the parents. And exam results are release at what time?
