Brain Defense is a curriculum by Defend Young Minds that includes 11 engaging instructional videos, colorful “Brain Book” workbooks, and Home Connection letters and much more.

The educational methodology used in Brain Defense Digital Safety implements best practices gleaned from 40 years of prevention science research. Short video-based lessons, engaging workbooks with journaling opportunities, and role plays with parents. All based on proven principles to reduce risky behaviour in youth.

Brain Defense teaches children 9 to 12 years old to manage screen time better, and how to deal with online pornography and cyber bullying. Parents and caregivers are welcome to sit-in.
