A parenting workshop run by Gerardine Pang, author of Parenting is Not a Democracy and grandmother of 6. Workshop is accompanied by Storytelling to occupy the children.

Learn to recognise your triggers, manage your emotions, and choose your words wisely.

Join counsellor Stephanie Kessler and author Gerardine Pang to find out how to explore thoughts, emotions and see how these influence our decisions.

Your children, aged 3-12 years, are invited to a story-reading and craft hour in the adjacent room with experienced teacher Mrs Leslie Tan while you listen, question and share your views. 
 

Please note the following:

• All participants, including adults, to register for a ticket. Each ticket admits 1 person only. 
• Parents to register separate tickets for themselves and their children.
  Children must be accompanied by an adult during the programme. 
• 1 adult can accompany up to 2 children.
• Arrive 10 mins before the session commences. 
• Seats of late attendees will be given to waitlist.
• NLB reserves the right to deny entry to participants who do not abide by the ground rules.
