The teenage season is an adventure for both parents and teens. How can we support our tweens to prepare for the adventure ahead? What role does the choice of secondary school make in the overall development of our teens? Join the panel comprising a former principal, a psychologist, a father as well as youths for a conversation on how we can help our teens succeed.

Nicholas Gabriel Lim is an adolescent psychologist who is the Head of Graduate Diploma in Youth Work Programmes in SUSS. He is author of "Helping Youths Succeed: The Clash of Mind & Heart", and is the Co-founder and President, of Youth Work Association (Singapore). He is a father of 3 children.

Peter Tan is an educator with over 40 years of experience. He has led Queensway Secondary School, ACS (Barker Road) and ACS Junior as a principal. He is a father of 2 children and a grandfather of 2 grandchildren.

Ganesan Maniam (pictured here with family) is a Parent Support Group leader and a core team member of SGFamilies. He is the father of Jayashree (15) and Kavi (14) who are in different secondary schools and will be joining our webinar together.

Carol Loi is a certified digital wellness educator and a Fellow of the Center for Media Literacy. She is also a certified mental wellness coach and a Maxwell Leadership certified youth and family coach, as well as behavioural analysis consultant. She is a co-founder of SGFamilies, a ground-up movement for parents by parents to raise wholesome generations together.

She has served in the Singapore public service for over two decades, including the Economic Development Board, Ministry of Education and Info-communications Media Development Authority. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University, specialising in technology and human capital management. Carol and her husband are raising two young adults.
