🚆 Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station is the closest train station, a short walk from the main gate.

🎟️ Free for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (including accompanying migrant domestic workers). Other visitors (e.g., tourists) pay a standard fee (e.g., ~S$20 adult / ~S$10 child) to enter the Istana grounds on that day. No pre-registration needed — tickets are purchased at the main gate.
