💡​Ho Sheng Wei
Graduate from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) with a non-traditional education journey from EM3/NT and NA through ITE and Singapore Polytechnic to a local university degree. He shares practical insights on resilience, informed education choices, and how alternative pathways can still lead to stable and meaningful career outcomes.

💡​Nicole Soh
A Certified Mental Toughness Coach and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer, encouraging youths to lead others by first leading themselves. She is a fresh graduate from the Bachelor of Business programme in SIM-RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology).
