event image

Struggling to stay calm as your P6 child approaches the finish line? Is this due to:

  • Stress from chasing AL1s and AL2s?

  • Too much schoolwork?

  • Pressure to increase tuition or sign up for bootcamps?
  • Fear that your child won’t get into a ‘good’ school?
  • Guilt for not doing enough?

Answered yes to any of the above? Join us in our KiasuParents Huddle on Wednesday, July 30 to hear from experts on how to support your child — and yourself.

Why register for this webinar?

It's a chance to hear from educators who are also parents. You'll get to share your questions and concerns regarding the PSLE.

Through this conversation, let's work together to reframe the final lap of PSLE, and focus on what truly matters — the well-being of our children!

Who are the webinar experts?

This webinar will be moderated by Carol Loi, a certified mental wellness coach and a Maxwell Leadership certified youth and family coach, as well as behavioural analysis consultant. She is a co-founder of SGFamilies, a ground-up movement for parents to raise wholesome generations together.

We're also excited to welcome two parent panellists:

  • Esther Foong is the co-founder of SGFamilies, a family life educator, and a part-time lecturer at the National Institute of Education (NIE). She has a 12-year-old who will be taking the PSLE this year, and a 14-year-old.
  • Nicholas Gabriel Lim is an adolescent psychologist who is the Head of Graduate Diploma in Youth Work Programmes at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). He is the author of "Helping Youths Succeed: The Clash of Mind & Heart," and the Co-founder and President of Youth Work Association (Singapore). He has three children.
