Who are the webinar experts?

This webinar will be moderated by Carol Loi, a certified mental wellness coach and a Maxwell Leadership certified youth and family coach, drawing on a globally recognised framework for equipping leaders of all ages.

She is a co-founder of SGFamilies, a ground-up movement for parents to raise wholesome generations together.

We're also excited to welcome three panellists:

• Dr Jared Ng | Psychiatrist with wide-ranging experience, including child and adolescent mental health. A graduate of Harvard University’s Master of Public Health programme, he believes in making mental healthcare accessible, compassionate, and free from stigma.
• Esther Foong | A passionate family life education specialist, who also supervises trainee teachers at the National Institute of Education (NIE) and serves on the school advisory committees of two local primary schools. Proud mum to two teens.
• Kevin Goh | Group Head of Engagement & Programmes at the Centre for Fathering, which oversees the Dads for Life and Mums for Life movements. A hands-on father of three amazing children.
