It has been my life goal and life work to contribute to the ability to learn how to learn, which I termed as Mental Literacy: the understanding of how our human mind learns and how to harness this tremendous capability.

Tony Buzan Learning Centre is dedicated to fulfilling this need and in Singapore, “I have selected and trained a team of dedicated Buzan instructors to build on my past 50 years of research in the field of learning to deliver this goal.”

Tony Buzan Learning Centre in Singapore is the first of its kind, established in Asia by the Buzan Organization. It is dedicated to developing our students’ ability to learn in a brain-friendly way and for them to develop as self-regulated lifelong learners.

Since 2003, thousands of students and executives in Singapore have benefited from the various enrichment, mental literacy and cognitive skills development programmes conducted by the Centre.

Power Learning Camp^®

The most popular programme in the Centre is the POWER LEARNING CAMP^®, which is an intensive programme targeted at transforming mindset of students, inducing positive habitudes and developing learning skills in a fun and exciting environment through co-operative learning, activities and connecting with each in a personal way.

All participants will emerge from this camp knowing that they can learn more effectively, wanting to do it, develop the will to do it, and being equipped with the techniques and skills to do so.

Professor Tony Buzan’s advocate is that all children must be led to enjoy the learning process, so as to unleash their learning genius and accelerate their cognitive development. Learning is more effective when the process is ‘brain-friendly’ and better grades in school will be a natural consequence.

The Power Learning Camp^® is one of the best programmes in the world to equip students in learning how to learn and more than 100 camps have been conducted in Singapore since 2004.
