P1 Registration 2022: What Primary Schools are Singapore Parents Searching For?

The 2022 P1 registration exercise begins on June 29 with Phase 1. Registration for Singapore citizens and permanent residents will close on August 16 with Phase 2C Supplementary.

Below are some schools that Singapore parents seem to be the most interested in, based on current search data. We can’t tell what the search intent is, but it doesn’t hurt to check out these schools too, especially if they are conveniently located for you.

1. Nanyang Primary School

Located in Bukit Timah, the co-ed Nanyang Primary School is both a Gifted Education Programme school as well as a Special Assistance Plan school with a focus on nurturing bilingualism in children. 

It is affiliated to Nanyang Girls’ High School, and its subjects offered include:

2. St. Margaret’s Primary School

St. Margaret’s Primary School is a girls’ school, which has affiliations to St. Margaret’s Secondary School. Do note that the school is currently located at a temporary site (2 Mattar Road) due to upgrading. It will move back to its permanent city-centre location at 99 Wilkie Road in December 2023.
