Swimming Lesson for Primary students
thinking of equiping my kids with swimming lessons, any good recommendations at the west area, need to be during on Sunday…cheers
Choosing the school
Actually, I think it should be based on what the parents want. Ultimately, Academic Excellence. however, there are parents whom are more into a balanced and holistic education.
However, what we need to take note is the level of home support that differs between the children in these schools and other schools. All syllabus are the same. It is how we strecth the child within the syllabus is important.
A school may provide the basis for learning but the home support is critical in stretching the child towards excellence.
I have seen children from the same school performing at very different levels. When I study the cases, I find the most obvious difference would be the home support and the child’s attitude. These two factors would differentiate the Excellent and the Average.
ranking of schools
This is interesting. Few questions:: Do we base on th PSLE results to select on the schools? Or happen the child is intelligent who score well? Or we say that the principal play apart?? What say you?
