One of my best buys during this year’s Bookfest organized by Popular is the video called "Tell Me Why" (十万个为什么）。 It is normally sold at S$65, but during the event, they were selling at S$55. After deducting the S$5 voucher from the POP magazine, and the extra coupons I have accumulated, I paid much less for it! Not just for the price, my kids really love the videos, and I enjoy watching them too. There are total of 8 VCDs, with answers to questions like why plates are commonly round, why we can’t fly even if we add wings to our body, why manholes are round etc. Each story is short, illustrated with cute cartoon characters, comes with English subtitles and humour at the end of each story. There are only a couple of days left if you want to buy it during the BookFest at Suntec!
