Singapore Botanic Gardens celebrates its 160th anniversary this year and you can expect lots of activities at the historic gardens, including concerts held at the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage. Just in the month of March 2019 alone, music lovers can look forward to concerts aplenty, including the NAC-ExxonMobil Concert in the Park (4 Mar), A Victorian-Cedar Musical Evening (23 Mar) and NGAYAH-A Dedication of Heart and Soul (30 Mar).
Especially interesting for both the young and old will be An Evening with Studio Ghibli on 16 March 2019, presented by ITE College West’s symphonic band. Take a magical musical journey through theme songs from the Japanese animation films from Studio Ghibli, including Howl’s Moving Castle and Princess Mononoke.
Also, don’t miss the photo opportunities with the roving characters from the Studio Ghibli animation series!
