Exercise has never been so fun & enjoyable with our Kickboxing Workout! Those Kicking and punching which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & broken down into simple rhythmic aerobic workout movements.
Participants are taught on the biomechanics principles of correct kicking and punching techniques and posture alignment which are later integrated with continuous aerobic workout and music, not only will it encourage participants to pick up the Wushu sports skills easily in a more fun and enjoyable environment setting; it also provides a high intensity total aerobic workout.
* Fee include: Course material, goodie bag, fitness assessment.
* Class will commence with a minimal of 10 participants.
* In the case of wet weather, respective courses will postpone to another date upon further notice.
