The Incredible Years is an evidence-based parenting programme supported by more than 30 years of clinically proven worldwide research. The goal is to prevent and manage children’s behaviour problems and promote their social, emotional, and academic competence. The programme strengthens parent-child interactions and attachment, reducing harsh discipline and has been shown to work across cultures and socioeconomic groups.

Duration: 6 weekly sessions of 4 hours each
Date: 20 Oct to 24 Nov (every Saturday morning)
