Learn & master the basic kicks in Kungfu movements in a fun & interactive approach. Through understanding of how the biomechanics of each kicking movement works, participants will get to appreciate the beauty of various kicks often seen in Martial Arts movies. The complete kicking routine will also form a high intensity Kungfu cardio workout which helps burn more calories & keeping fit.
It does not have to involve a huge time commitment, but learning & master the kicks can end up giving you great benefits, especially when combined with the correct breathing method!
* Fee include: Course material, goodie bag, fitness assessment.
* Class will commence with a minimal of 10 participants.
* In the case of wet weather, respective courses will postpone to another date upon further notice.
