Re: DSA 2018

For normal prefect, one can still try to apply under leadership but if not in EXCO, very slim chance of getting shortlisted for interview (unless you have a supporting EAGLES award to back you up).

Re: DSA 2018

Just curious... For this year ACADEMIC domain (not taking about sports, CCA etc), was anyone with their P5/P6 overall being in the 70s range given a chance to attend RGS/NYGH interview? My DD's classmate with high 80s/ low 90s didn't even get invited for e HDP at RGS n Interview at NYGH. Think she ...

Re: DSA 2018

Even though she’s piano grade 8 and ballet grade 5, those schools she went to were not interested. They only wanted to know her ac...

Highly recommending ALPS. A close friend is full of praise for the P. An extremely nice and caring principal. Heard she was from another popular primary school. Compulsory enrichment lessons are banded and stronger students get to learn additional stuff to stretch their potential. Weaker students ar...

Re: Choosing and Evaluating Primary Schools

Bear in mind this year Marymount will be an extremely popular backup school in 2Cs. I already heard of some people in my office saying if balloted out in 2C, the most send their girl to Marymount. Those balloted out from nearby schools like IJ TP, SNGS, Pei Chun, Ai Tong, Rosyth etc will turn to Mar...
