Re: Hokkien Huay Kuan Primary Schools

Are the hokkien Huay Kuan very strict on their minimum 2 years of membership before qualifying for phrase 2b? I missed the deadline as I was overseas. How far exactly are you from their 2 years' requirement? I think if it is more than a week, the case is closed. They are not really waiting for more...

Re: 2023 PSLE Discussions and Strategies (Children born in 2011)

Hi parents, could you please advise some oral assessment or resources for practices? Yes, there's plenty of assessment books in Popular, but you as the parent-teacher must scan it and make sure you can follow through with your role as a guide/teacher. Don't just buy assessment books and expect your...

Re: ME TIME!

I bought a 3rd-hand Toyota Corolla in Oz (no power steering, no power windows) for $5000, at the end of 4 years there, I sold it to another Asian student on a budget, for $3000 (the market rate then for that 15 year old car). To me, I spent $500 per annum on a whole load of convenience not having t...

No car though I know some do buy a car.
You must understand that people in other countries have a very different sense of the value of a car. Local's view of cars is that it is a very expensive investment, and it is true here. But that is not so for people in other countries.

Where can we find the info, eg at what distance Catholic High conducted balloting in 2A in 2022? I’ve lost track of where KSP posts the info.
2022? All the articles are here:

Does SD come into play in Phase 2A? For e.g. I saw that in 2022, Catholic High Phase 2A has 110 vacancies with 149 applicants. Would SD help in getting priority during a ballot?
What's SD?
