It is heavily processed,genetically modified food. Not healthier to consume regularly. It is far much better to consume real meat . Do you have any article or source about this? Don’t scold me, if it is the law that males hv to serve NS, what can we do? We acknowledge the importance of defence as we are just a little red dot. many FTs try very hard to apply for PR because international school is expensive. these FTs tell people openly they will return to their home country...

Most schools will go thru past 3 years actual psle papers usually.Some teachers do give previous yr papers for reference.
After prelims students usually will be given more papers for them to practice.But there may not be enough time for tchrs to go thru all.

Hi,Some may get 14+ especially if skinny.I had a cousin who got at 16,she is a small built girl.Now a mom of 2 healthy kids.Dont worry too much.If she shows other signs of development and has recent growth spurt you might expect it soon.However if you feel something maynot be on track visit a gynae ...

For small cleaning..try spraying water/vinegar water /multipurpose cleaner on a dry wipe and use it works good.This way is economical too..I dont prefer wet wipes as feel somewhat sticky .

How about asking your ofc to invest in some air purifiers like Novita .Maybe they can workout a reasonable quote with old models or atleast convince ofc to get some second hand purifiers available .
