You are right. However, the public will not know the real change. An experienced full-time tutor will not know the full change unless he/she is in MOE. The tuition centre that I operate stops immediate once that paper is over. Usually, I recommend parents to let their kids rest a little first and engage them in non-academic pursuits. As an educator, I've been asked this question many times. Tuition has never been a necessity - it is a luxury service provided to your child if the parents can afford it. If you have appointed a exclusive agent, just sit back and relax. You can check from time to time if his advert are searchable on property portals. If it isn’t, time to change it.
