Hi Hope someone can help with the situation whereby tenant refuses to leave even after owner has given about 4 months notice. The tenant wants to exercise his option to renew the tenancy but the owner does not want to renew. Apparently, there is such a clause in the contract. The agent is not helpf...

2018 psle batch did not do well. There were only 10+ who got 250 and above. The school did not put up the names of the 10+ students who got 250 & above for the first time.
