It is very clearly stated in the JAE admission booklet that the admission criteria are net L1R5, citizenship, gross L1R5. If still tied, it says that there will be a computerized ballot with EQUAL CHANCE given to candidates. No where does it mention that the order in which the JC was selected matte...

If you like NYJC, you should just put. Like S1 posting, it’s merit before choice. Who knows, you might just get it. Given that there are 12 choices, you can definitely spare a few slots. Would need to verify your colleague’s info wor. Unless there are special considerations, like the others said - national athlete, musicians etc BBE/A would not make the cut, especially with Math grade being E. For SAP schools, the COPs shown in the booklet are inclusive of HCL bonus points.
