According to NUS website, all universities adopt the Common Acceptance Portal. Hence, you will only be able to accept one offer.

Could you give an example on how this works? When you apply to JCs after receiving your O Levels results, got put NYJC Arts as your choice even though you planned to take Science subjects subsequently. So, if you are accepted into the school, you go in with Arts COP. Hearsay. Not sure how true this...
