The crackdown is "temporary" since the VPNs themselves will be working to resolve it (by changing IP address etc.)

So it is a cycle: vpn works --> crackdown --> vpn repair --> vpn works --> crackdown

Only 100% working way is to get a Hongkong-Macau SIM card.

It is well known that GEP students spend Primary 4 and 5 doing miscellaneous stuff that appear to be not directly related to PSLE, yet majority of GEP students score 250 and above for PSLE. Hence, the main question is:
