Do you recommend that my kids go into Roysth under phase 2B or Hougang primary under <1km?

What are the strength ofboth schools? and of cos the weaknesses?

I saw from GRC meeting of minutes that you have to be an active grassroot leader for at least 1 year before they will put you in Phase 2B.
They will also only give you a list of selected school around your constituency.
