emmm....that is one issue but it will definitely prevent a 'certain group of non-singaporean' from dominating the top psle scores.. :wink: sorry very sensitive issue... :| wrong.... Even lowering MT weighting, you will still see that "certain group of non-singaporean" dominate TOP PSLE scorer. ya y...

it is very strange that MOE is considering lowering the weightage of Chinese just because our kids can't cope or compete with students from China. Wonder how does this affect students who are good in MT? Also kids from SAP school. I don't know know as not much detail given on the newspaper It may not even affecting those already in Primary school even P1 now. It may takes years to come.
