I think can’t because 1) PA’s record is directly off the central data base - ie, your nric address. Thus pa will not even capture your not completed yet property address, let alone recognizing it. Just curious. I thought phase 1 registration was collected back in May, when the siblings took the form back home? Thus, day 1, the school admin clerk should have keyed in all data already ma. Data from singstat - which I downloaded last year. This year’s registration, on the whole , should be less fierce. That said, NYPS la. CHS la. Actually, I thought the new MOE website format is quite good.
