Re: River Valley High School [*IP]

Hi I am taking PSLE this year and don't know which school is better - River Valley High or Crescent Girls' School. Pros of CGS- Heard that the students there are well-behaved and teachers are strict but dedicated. They have been doing quite well in their O-levels for the past few years. I also pref...

I can't imagine how students have HBL.
This has never ever happened.

Would there be students have no tools at home to do so?
Was there HBL during SARS school closure?

Re: Tuition centers should not force parents to accept digital learning at full fees.

Full refund later if replacement date is not suitable for the child 3. Top up for a higher grade to be taken later. Pls verify with them directly. Now, th...

Re: Tuition centers should not force parents to accept digital learning at full fees.

So would you all go for a music lesson that's conducted via online means? Not for violin. As it is, I regularly send videos to the violin teacher via WhatsApp, upon her request, so that she can check on kid’s progress during the week whenever he practices. There are difficulties in the feedback & a...

Re: Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Updates

I still see moderate numbers of secondary school students going back to school during these March holidays. MOH has said that they won’t order school closures unless they start seeing evidence of the school-going age group being at higher risk, or of them being super-spreaders to vulnerable family ...

I think O level is more advance than IP. You just have to know how much is the skill of your child. If you think he can handle O then it should be a good choice.
Could you share more on why you think O level is more advanced than IP?

Hi,

Is it possible to change to RI from another IP school. If so, what is the procedure ?
Mind sharing why you wish to make a switch? Is your child settled in at the current IP school?
