Re: Club 2008 Kids

I'm not sure how that is workable for a 3yo, lor. Maybe I'm an "old" mummy.... not so energetic to send here and there. My boy's 3 lessons already quite a lot to me. haha! Totals 2.75hrs/week for "enrichment", other than his 3hrs/day preschool. That kid I had mentioned was six at that time. But rea...

Re: Club 2008 Kids

Haha - mine plays a lot already. Only 3yrs old. How to pack their days? I'd be tired too!!! I do like to bring him to the park, beach, cycling, take MRT/LRT, etc. Haiyo Phankao, haven't you heard of those kids who have so many classes? One of my colleagues' kid was like that. Everyday go cc, then e...

Re: Son doesn't like colouring

My child just turn 4. No handwriting prob, in fact IMHO, he can write well and a lot for a 4yo. But he doesnt like to colour too. I see his coloring, I want to hide in shame. But when I explain to him that coloring is very impt in his learning process and that it helps in his fine motor skills, he p...

Re: All About Piano Schools And Teachers

Hi all, I have zero music background. Just wondering - it's ok to jump straight into 1-1 piano lessons? I am not feeling the pinch on money spent on the fees, but wouldn't the child take a long time to pick up note reading and all? My child does not seem musically inclined/talented. I am concern if...

Re: Club 2008 Kids

Havent star cma, you are right Phankao. What I meant was - I am considering new classes for my child and cma, mpm and music classes are the potential candidates. But as my son doesn't have much spare time, so need to choose one from the pool available. At this age, they need time to sleep, play and ...

Re: Club 2008 Kids

hi, is mpm good for maths? Ksp has a long thread on mpm. Take a look to hv a better understanding. If you are looking for regular math classes that follows moe syllabus, then mpm is not. From what I gather, mpm is more like teach you logical thinking, spatial skills and a bit of right Brain training.
