I'm not into supplements. What we are doing is being picky with our foods intake.
We make sure that we eat vegetables and fruits. Also, we limit our meat and alcohol intake.
Its just nice because the baby in the house who is 1 year old loves eating steamed broccoli xp

Do role playing while reading books. Better start doing this during bed time stories so they can develop love in reading while still young. I'm actually doing this and I find it effective.

The latest one I've known is that C-virus is a seasonal flu disease that is rampant from December to April. I saw it in one of the vids, doctors are the one discussing in that vid.
