Hi, are we supposed to get the registration form and fill it up before the registration day, or are we supposed to get it from the school on the registration day itself?

I know it's a bit early but I'm considering either Yangzhen or St Gabriel for Phase 2C or 2C (Supl). Can anyone share about those 2 schools? I can't decide which one to choose. By the way both are within 1 km from my house.
