Stress can lead to any type of disease.. so it's always good to de-stress once in a while

One of the best ways to boost your ability to cope with stress is to get more rest. When we shortchange ourselves on sleep, we can experience problems with mood regulation, focus, memory, illness and (of course) stress. If you need to take an afternoon nap with your toddler instead of tackling the dirty dishes, take the nap. The more rested you feel, the better able you'll be to deal with life's challenges.

ever since getting a maid, I noticed my 'happiness' level is coming back. I think deloading on responsibilities no matter how small and menial they could be would help the worried mind.

Sometimes removing some extra baggage helps a lot. Simple responsibilities even the smallest can help you gain more happiness, I agree with this. Good point!

Remember to relax and recharge. Take time for yourself every day. Even if it’s just an hour in the evening after the kids go to bed, it’s really important to have time to ‘reset’ as a parent

Do a 6 min plank. There will be nothing to stress after that.
