Perhaps she can feedback to the platform she tried to redeem unsuccessfully? Mine was Klook which got its directives from STB.

SRV expired. I think he was saying those vouchers that was bought with the SRV, most of these will expire in end March.

It didn’t work for her.. apparently she has to log the issue on the day itself and they refused to let her redeem since it’d expired.

oh as in, the attractions vouchers redeemed with SRV, because sure got people will forget and let it lapsed
