Why why???? Why are there flood nowadays even in "normal" downpour??? Was it really that heavy downpour today? I really wonder.

No it wasnt too heavy atleast not that i can c from the office window but the floods were bad :stupid:

But at least weather quite cooperative lah. At least weather knows no flooding allowed during YOG, otherwise will tio fine big big by govt.

yalor. this morning rain not that heavy. shenton way has seen heavier downpours without flooding.

had hoped so... that filling up the entrance of SGX with 水 would jack up the STI a bit, but it didn't work this morning :(
