They mentioned that he was publicly caned for peeping at staff and students in HCI. At that time, they should have send him for some counselling etc. It is quite amazing that he got a teaching scholarship. Who writes the testimonials? Luckily he was caught before he started teaching children/teenagers as they may have been his unlucky targets! :x

Perhaps it's a blessing that his perverted acts are exposed now. When he finishes his studies, he's going to be a teacher and may prey on his students!

Even good men can have sordid fantasies beyond imagination. :(

Man thing?

Sigh...

I shudder at the thought of a 6yr old rated on a 4 or 5 scale!

Hardcore?????!!!!! :!:

That's like our P1 kiddies..... who are going on 7 within this yr!

I hope the videos are not our Singaporean children... :(

Well if they remain fantasies not so bad but when they go down the slippery slope to make them a reality - that is a big no no especially if they involve children,

Fantasies can be dangerous especially if one doesn't know the extreme
inclination of these fantasies. It will easily lead to making them reality at
any rising opportunity to live it.

I  no child was harmed in the course of his pervertish fantasies...
prior to his arrest. He should and MUST be duly punished and require
serious brainwashing. This is one case where no one should help
plead for leniency on his behalf.

I was greatly alarmed to hear that he was on a teaching scholarship, i.e., he would have gone on to be around kids if he had not been caught.

Really shocked that he was given an overseas teaching scholarship despite having a record of peeping at staff and student in secondary school. Such behavior is a clear warning sign of his depraved tendencies prior to being awarded the scholarship, and the information should be readily available to MOE and PSC at the time. Can't imagine the harm he can potentially cause to the young people under his charge if he graduate and return to serve.

Public caning is a very serious offence, and should be in the records. They are supposed to have done a lot of background checks and shortlisted candidates even have to go through some psychological tests. Can't believe they miss that, and the journalists can dig this out so easily years later.
