Wonder what the world has become now, youngsters committing crimes is becoming like an 'in' thing for them with no sense of regret, remorse or reflection. I tried not to stay late too often now also as i realised that a lot of youngsters have been sitting ard void deck or playground areas when I came home ard 9 plus. Sometimes they can be rowdy or all gather together and smoke. :!:

Three teenage suspects, aged 13, 15 and 18, were arrested yesterday for slashing a 23-year-old-man at Block 362 Yishun Ring Road Thursday evening.

A police spokesman told AsiaOne a dispute over a missing handphone is believed to be the cause of the slashing.

According to online reports, the victim was attacked by two youths on a motorcycle.

The victim later fled the scene, leaving a trail of blood from injuries to the head and arms.

He reportedly sought help from a resident on the second floor of Block 343, Yishun Ave 11 - some 400 meters away from Block 362.

The victim was then taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital for treatment.

Police investigations are ongoing.

can't really point a finger at the education system.
our kids are in there to score good grades,
for economic progress and material pursuits, right?
can we realistically expect anything more than that?

I know that too, but we all know how "important" those two subjects are.

I would not depend on our education system to inculcate good moral values in my children.
