NEA officers can conduct quicker forced entries

So what will happen if any of these happen:

1. Something went missing from your place
2. Doors are broken and spoilt
3. Someone pretend to be someone from NEA and break into people house?

Yucks. I think this needs to be clarified. What do they mean by forced entry?

Happened before. DS1 caught a culprit with a bag full of :censored: :censored: :censored: He was suspicious why an officer from NEA carried such a big bag. (Of course DS1 stalk the place after residents' complaints).

Who gives them the right to do this? Dr Vivian Balakrishnan??? Who approved this policy? It's ridiculous.

I feel that if the NEA officer didn't leave a note to inform the house owner about their 1st visit, they have no rights to force enter the house.. So what inform our neighbours.. when they leave our doors will be damaged and what if someone just enter and happily carry out our expensive electronics and assets?? The ministers are nt thinking wisely..

nt long ago we hav cases of thieves/burglars pretending to be NEA officers.. now can force entry..

i would rather they slip a note under the door stating that they had attempted visit on xx day.. then ask us to call for rescheduling of visit as we are not around.. Mayb a minimum of 2 attempted visit before a final letter to be issued to house owner.. shld not just break in.. its like they are encouraging break in/transpassing..
