Anyway, I forced my kids to take it everyday.. Now they got used to it already.

One of the most ridiculous punishment I heard was the teenager who wasn't allowed to eat breakfast for a few days. That was during the exam period and the poor girl got to take her exams without breakfast. :siao:

there's a orange +cod liver oil version, it tasted OK (I tried myself)
btw the worst punishment IMO was a mother who asked her 10-yr old daughter to strip naked and stood in the living room bec she did badly in her exam. This shocking incident came into light because the poor girl became an emotional wreck and was detected by her teacher due to her behaviour...
I did read of similiar cases in HK and taiwan and one young HK girl was made to stand in a busy street naked with her mother holding her clothes and standing and scolding her..in the full view of all people.
Psychologists had said that this sort of punishment is very extreme and very possibly cause life long effects on the poor child.
So sad and painful for the kids and the mothers should be jailed for such unthinkable cruel acts.

there is the cod liver oil in capsule form. Easier to shallow without the taste. But beware of the burp!

what a joke right? but made a deal with them. 3 of us would take it at the same time.

That's what I heard too.. those who my friends who believes in the benefit of cod liver oil took the white version.

The capsule seems more expensive.. I guess the original white is still better..

IMO the worst punishment a parent could ever give to a child is to withhold the love/affection when the child misbehaves.
