Holidays for my DS but for me??

Postby 3kids_mummy » Tue Nov 22, 2011 4:49 pm

2 more days to go...
for my 1st DS last day to CCC..
He will keep bugging me
"what do I do now?"
colouring, tv, toys or books nothing will satisfy his boredom.
i have enrolled him in few activities but thats only for few days.
argg... what do i do with him??
other than his sleeping time his waking time will be my tiring time.
with 2nd DS going CCC, and 3rd one at hm
entertaining my 1st DS its sure going to be challanging.
Hope I can keep my cool.
:imdrowning:

Not sure how old your child is, but I generally find it helpful to have a list of ideas. It will GENERALLY include a new skill, a new sport, new books, performances, and places to visit. I will also pencil in dates in the calender public performances that I would like to take my kids to.

The things that you named - coloring, tv, toys, books - are non-interactive and a young child will not be satisfied with them.

The days can pass very quickly. Holidays can really be a good time to catch up on sleep and explore activities that we otherwise will be too busy for.

Thank u for your tips.
There is always up and down in life.
I managed this holidays with my son.
I have many books on kids activity like
404 deskside actvities for engergetic kids.
I did some of it with him.
he still prefer TV over anything... Or
he will do his monkey action on his own...
