Singaporean lack civic consciousness

Postby raysusan » Sun Jan 22, 2012 10:33 am

who is this guy?

In Singapore, you can get fined $5,000 for smoking. Places that rely on these laws show that the people lack civic consciousness. They cannot get anything done unless you impose punishments. This shows that the people have no quality and are asking to be whipped.

-a professor from a china U
-claimed to be a descendant of Confucius
-called HKgers dog which caused uproar and protests
-even the PRC people condemned him for 'unresponsible' comments
-mentioned Singapore imposing fine for smoking and that reliance on laws
to rein in people is a sign of lack of quality of its people. He mentioned the word 'jian' - meaning loser, unscrupulous (hard to find an equivalent
word in english)
:spank: :heresmyfish: :pokeeye:

oops  sorry for the confusion, it should read as 'irresponsible' comments. There were a few claims from people with surname 'Kong' that they are direct descendants of Confucius.
