But seriously they should work on their communications. I was irritated not by the train slowing but by the repetitive "bad weather". Itz a joke n embarrasment esp with tons of tourists travellg on mrt too.

Maybe can give a new reason like the trains are over stress on rainy days... For good weather days, if train slow down, can give another reason... :lol:
