probably not illegal to keep...but rather an IP issue where the shops are making $$$ out of others' IP.

The schools should go after those who profit from it..

not sites that share it to the public freely..

Going after those free for all site just show how petty the schools are.

there is some zest star tuition or something.. giving the papers to their students only.

The school shd sue these type for copyright instead and get some extra school funds.

Schools developed these papers? Schools are part of MOE? Receive taxpayer funding? What they have developed belongs to the nation's children. Every child no matter where in Singapore should be able to access the exam papers of every other school in Singapore.

When parents can no longer buy Top School Papers because schools want to protect their IP, maybe they will then agree that MOE should gather these in a national database for all our children to access. Why are MOE schools making it difficult for the nation's children to learn?

If these 5 top schools don't want others to make money from their papers, then these tax funded entities should make available their exam papers on the school websites. This way, parents don't have to pay middle men for them. Or else, have a national e-database of educational resources for children to use.

So shameful. It takes an NTU Prof (who is PR from Malaysia) to set up a Math learning website called OpenlySolved to help Singaporean kids for free - http://www.straitstimes.com/BreakingNew ... 86818.html. This is an NTU Math Prof. His child would likely have inherited his Math abilities and interests. Even this Prof's child needed his/her Dad's coaching to make it past PSLE. This shows 2 things...

(1) Schools teach insufficiently
(2) MOE isn't doing enough to facilitate flowthrough of necessary educational resources
