look what happened to branded names in China

and their san zai ban version:
Burger king = King burger
Omega = Owega
Nike = Nake
Armani = Anmani
Crocs = Corcs
Starbucks = Buckstar
and not to mention those brands in Mandarin which pronounciation is the same but the written characters are different..
The logos look almost identical though.
So be careful if you shop there, you might be paying the san zhai ban without even knowing :evil:

Malaysians are at it too... Received some packet nuts that 'looked' like Camel...closer view became Tomel... :wink:

they are getting away with shenzhen proview technology trademarking ipad and keeping out apple ipad, they can get away with anything!

but this case was a genuine trade mark dispute

Apple settled with them quietly, else no new iPad on sale outside China
