I've a malay neighbour for the first time.
Would like to find out if chinese can give malay neighbours green packets.
If so, what should be the amount?

Thanks.

Don't know what the correct protocol is, but for us, we give red packets during CNY to our neighbours' kids. They give green packets to my kids during Raya. It is just a token sum. About $4 to $5. But we look forward to the goodies more!!
