Me? On the whole it looks ok, but the devil is always in the details, especially on legislated flexi-work.
For example, I would like to see how a bus driver can change where she works from behind the steering wheel of a bus to driving the bus while still at home. It would also be interesting to see how an SME is supposed to keep a position open for one whole year. What is the SME supposed to do after one year? Fire the replacement? Or is the gov going to subsidize the SME to keep somebody in a redundant position?
I would also like to see a Position Paper on Women-Taking-Care-of-Children.
