this morning 6+, I smelled haze when I opened the sliding door in the service yard.

I am sure it is haze smell that I am smelling now. It is quite strong...

Nowadays there are N95 masks that are not “bowl” shaped. The shape is just like normal masks. Are they good?

My skin is ultra sensitive to change in air quality. Skin will flare up and dark spots will appear even though I apply moisturiser. Wish the haze will faster go away.

the same thing is happening to me. the itch returned despite my abstinence from poultry, eggs and seafood. I have been applying more moisturiser throughout the day.

I used to think it was my diet or skin too.. but after eliminating most of the variables I learn some times it is just bad air...
