Here's a not very well known fact - actually, you should abe able to access the entire worldlibrary free - if you are Singapore Citizen. (PRs may need a one-time registration fee).

The National Library Board has a subscription, on your behalf, to the worldlibrary, so you should be able to access it using your digital library membership.

Go to this URL: http://eresources.nlb.gov.sg/browse.asp ... 20Children

Sign in, or register using your NRIC.

Henceforth, you can also go via http://www.worldlibrary.net/NLB/

There is free access to other online digital Children's books as well, including:

TumbleBook Library
- a collection of animated, talking picture books

TumbleReadables is a collection of large print electronic books that you read online by simply clicking a button.

... and a couple of thousand titles on Overdrive for children. Pelangi ebooks for Malays, too.
